As Quercus Garden Plants moves through summer garden colour palette changes from blues, pinks and whites of early summer to dark blues, yellows and oranges. There is so much to see in the gardens at any time of year, why not stop a while and enjoy the peaceful surroundings by making use of one of our many seating areas and watch the birds, butterflies and other creatures who live in the gardens. The nursery and gardens are a real wildlife haven so there is always something to spot.
We have started a new garden on site which will eventually form the woodland garden, enabling us to show case many plants for shade in a woodland setting. A meandering path will take our visitors across two bridges and under the trees where many common and unusual woodland plants will be planted.
In the nursery Rona is always adding more new and interesting varieties of plants to our stock list. These are available to purchase from the sales area and stock beds. Our main focus is growing tough and hardy plants for our local climate, plants are propagated and grown on site from our own healthy stock. Our wee shop is always stocked with interesting gardening ornaments, pots and sundries and of course we are always very happy to help with any queries you might have.
